At JerseyPanther, we ship worldwide in partnership with trusted international couriers including Canada Post, Royal Mail, PostNL, DPD, Deutsche Post, Hermes, and others. Our goal is to provide reliable delivery options tailored to your needs.
1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. We tend to offer 2 shipping methods.

Economy Shipping: 12 – 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local customs clearance, and courier delays.
2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after this cutoff will be considered the next business day.

Processing times are typically 2 – 5 business days, but during high-demand or peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 – 10 business days.

Customized or printed jerseys may require additional handling time before shipment.
3. Tracking

All shipping options include tracking, which will be sent to you by email once available.

Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 2 business days to become active as they are updated by our logistics partners.

Shipping times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

International orders may experience customs inspections or local courier delays beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will investigate with our courier partners.
5. Failed Delivery:
If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (such as an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package), it will be returned to our facility. In such cases, store credit may be issued for the order value, minus any shipping, return, and handling costs incurred due to the failed delivery.
6. Items Marked as Delivered:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location to ensure the safe receipt of your package.
7. Incorrect Address After Shipment:
Ensuring that the correct shipping address is provided is the customer's responsibility. If an incorrect address is submitted and you notify us before the order is shipped, we will make every effort to update it; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
If the address correction is requested after the order has been shipped, it will be considered a customer error and no refund or compensation will be provided.
We kindly ask that you carefully review your shipping address at checkout and contact us promptly if any changes are required before shipment.
